I was grooming Maui and when I got near her backside, I spotted what looked like pieces of rice. So I called the vet and she told me to stop by to get medication. They gave me 1 pill called Droncit Feline. She told me she probably picked up Tapeworm when she was outside before I adopted her. She has been indoors since I adopted her. The vet told me to continue with Fronline also. I just want to be sure that my birds can't catch this. Is it possible?

I'm not sure but I think they can, because cats usually get tapeworms from eating wild birds, rodents or raw meat. You could probably get more information if you post this in the bird forum. Good luck!
