Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could help me on this,
My puppy has been having these episodes about every 2 weeks.
He's 6.5 months old, and we've had him since he was 3 months.
He is very small, maybe 3 pounds. :D
Usually he has these episodes at night, and he almost looks drunk.
He looks like a bobble toy, but his whole bosy does it. He doesnt SHake but he like almost waves back and forth and can barely stand when this happens. He also get very weak and lethargic and seems scared and like he just wants to sleep.:(:(:(
Before I take him to the Vet about this I just wanted to do some reasearch before i go and spend thousands of dollars on figuring out what this is.
If ANYONE could help me, please please let me know.
Thank you. :)

Since he is very small and probably sold to you with a high price tag advertised as a "tea cup pomchi" or something of that sort, I'd suggest you brace yourself for a possible myriad of health problems in his lifetime.

You need to take him to the vet, he's either having equilibrium issues to neurological issues to spinal issues which are common to dogs bred specifically to be tiny. No one here can diagnose his problem, and the longer you wait to take him in the more expensive the bill will likely be.

Mandy is right, this pup needs to see a Vet. If you can, video one of these episodes for the Vet to see, it might make it a lot easier to diagnose, so possible save a lot of time and money.

People are breeding these "designer" breeds with the simple view to make money. They don't care about the health of the dogs. Makes me sick :headache:

So sad. I agree with the others, unless you want it to possibly get worse, take your pup in. Three pounds, Kye eats that in two days! So tiny.
