Cockatiel Cage size

I was trying to find out for sure if a cage 24in. high x 18in. wide x 18in. long cage or a 22in. high x 16in diameter cage would work for a cockatiel. I would guess they are a little small but what does everyone think?

I dont know much about cockatiels but I know that with any bird the cage should be at least twice the sixe of its wing span. I hope that helps :)

Thanks. I've decided not to get a cockatiel. My zebra finches now have four babies and since this is their first chicks I finally know what its like to have and watch these little babies. I'm going to keep my finches and keep breeding them. Thanks again anyway. :)
