Yea sounds funny. Any who, Elvis seems to hiccup when he get excited or just randomly sometimes. Is hiccuping this often normal?
TIA:D

My Aussie pup hiccups once in awhile, also. I suppose he will grow out of it; if not, I'll call the vet and ask...it's not too often or bad.:D

My dog does this daily. He gets really worked up when I get home from work or playing with the cat, etc. and he hiccups. He is a Boston terrier and a huge snorter. I always assumed the hiccuping stemmed from the snorting. He snorts the whole time he plays, and afterwards, he hiccups. Not for long, though. A few minutes tops.

Yeah his hiccuping never last very long. On top of that he snores occasionally when he sleeps. :p

Ii have a ten week old puppy and she hiccups most days for a few minutes so I'm glad this question was asked! Seems like it's normal then, Pip
