I would have gone nuts for a comic that had these characters when I was a kid. I loved stuff like this. You know that White Fang cartoon? I loved it, even though when I look back now I can see the drawings were only so-so. Whereas yours are pretty darn good.
If you do make a comic out of this, I bet you'd earn a living from it. Go for it. Get it done.

Your cartoon characters are awesome. Are they all your imagination, or copied? I really like them, and if you designed them from you mind, then you've an awesome talent. I can recreate art I see to a degree, but I can't 'imagine' any of my own.

Don't feel like a dork!! Having a creative imagination is an impressive thing, not something to be embarrassed about at all! You should be proud of your work.

Great work! There's a lot of artists (and pet-lovers alike) that upload their work to have it printed on a cell phone skin. You should take a look at this blog post to see an example... And since you seem to have a good following, you might even consider creating some skins to sell! http://uniqueskins.com/blog/

By the way, I love shapeshifters, and have read many novels worked around such things. Science fiction and fantasy novels are inundated with such creatures, and I love them all.
