My dog ate candy

I need some help. My dog ate some sugar candy. I don't know how much was left, but I know it was at least a hand full or more. Should I be worried? She seems fine.

What kind of candy? Are you just worried about the sugar content? She might get a stomach ache, or a bit of diarrhea. I would just watch her.

Chocolate candy? Candy containing Xylitol? How long ago? How big is your dog?

Not chocolate, just candy that is like Gummy bears. She is 70lbs.

So...a handful of gummi bears? She'll probably be ok. Maybe the runs. If you do notice something wrong, get her to a vet a.s.a.p.
