well I don't know who owns it but the forum costs a lot there are free forums almost just like this one at http://invisionfree.com it's really great

The forum software cost isn't so bad; What's most important is our having the Parrot.com domain name. Makes bringing people interested in Parrots to the forum pretty easily. Plus some other advertising we do.

Isn't it amazing how many good people you have attracted to this board. Everyone is so polite and caring, including you. I hope it stays like this for a very long time.

Yes- thanks! Before at the old forum there was hardly any activity, but with this new one there's tons and it's so fun meeting and talking to everyone! I really appreciate it! :)

I had a cockateil named "Inky" in my younger years.
But my present situation has me with 7 cats, all of whom have been rescued from "bad situations" (one from as far away as Puerto Rico) over the past handful of years...
So that leaves me cat-full and bird-less for the time being. :-)
