My grandma's cat was honestly using the toilet. Burny (the cat) was sitting on the toilet going #2! :D

Did she train him to use the toilet or did he figure it out by himself?

thats impressive! I wish I could teach mine to do that. Would make things a lot easier and a lot less smelly. :P

I had a kitten I was fostering I named Jynx because he came in with a broken leg to the vet's office and broke his other leg falling off the exam table. Once he healed I brought him home and without any training whatsoever he began to use the toilet. I would come home, and be like, "com'on Amanda! You have to flush the toilet!" But it was Jynx. I finally caught him in the act!! :D

We have our very own Pet Lover's member ringletchk's cat Skeeter who toilet trained himself!
I notice on youtube there are a few vids of cats using the toilet. Cats are amazing creatures! :)
