I dont know alot about foals but im pretty sure its quite common for a horse foal to change color several times before it reaches it's final color. Some colors such as Roan will change seasonally, and some such as gray will continue over the life of the horse.

what color is the foal? If the skin around her eyes is pink, I should think they'll stay blue. If its black... they'll probably change.

OMG! She is so cute! And mama is a good lookin gal too! Hmmm... I'm going to guess that her eyes will change though. Brown hair means dark skin underneath.

Actually, scrap what I just said. I've never seen a horse with blue eyes if all the skin around both eyes is dark. Usually they have at least a small patch of white touching at least one of the eyes. My mares eyes were actually half blue and half brown because the front half of her eyes was surrounded by pink skin and the back half was dark. But your question got me thinking and I just googled blue eyed horses and lo and behold... I found a few pictures of blue eyed horses that were dark skinned all the way around the eye. So I guess I'm probably wrong. It will be interesting to see if they turn though.
