OMG i love that collar too... I envy all you people with dogs that have necks! I'm restricted to cute harnesses, which are rather hard to come by. Oh if i had a dog with a neck they'd have a cute collar for every day in the year!
And those ears, soooo sweet :)

That's her Valentine's Collar. Chica has at least 40 collars and leashes. However, they have to sit really loose because her head is so small. If I tighten the collar and put it where it is supposed to go, she looks like a tick. :|
