I metnioned in the introductions thread that I have a Mini Schnauzer (Sassy Bill Pantalonez) and a new addition as of November A stray kitty I encountered outside my store (Madison Taco)

This might be a little long, But I will try to sum it up.

Sassy has, because of her history, an issue with separation anxiety. When I first started bringing her places with me before she moved in if I left the room, area, or layed down to take a nap (in the same room as the dog) she would run after me, sit on me, scratch at the door and whine terribly until I either returned or woke up. after she moved in it turned into scraping at the door, chewing and tearing things and my favorite of all, using my house as a toilet. My dog is well aware of where she is to relieve herself, she even gets to go for long walks so she can do so, instead of tying her outside. Sassy also had the velcro dog issue as well. I did my research on Anxiety, things to do, and how to help and had things pretty much peachy until the morning I brought home my kitty.

I introduced the two animals just fine and they get along and coexist with eachother fine. (with the exception of a cats need to pester the dog a bit) the problem arrises when the situation involves me and my fiance. My dog feels demoted and has started acting in the most obnoxious ways to get "more" attention than the cat. the issue isn't the novelty of the cat and we're too focused on Maddy to pay attention to Sassy, she is still getting the positive attention she was, she just does not like allowing the cat to get any attention.

She has gone back to some of the behaviors she no longer was doing and created worse ones...I'm not sure what to do. I love my dog and my cat and it's not really an option to give away either especially not the dog... so, any suggestions?
