Much like everyone else here, I am a big time pet lover and as such my home is shared by friends of the fuzzy variety. Here are my two boys who are my pride and joy. I raised both since they were puppies and they have grown to be gorgeous boys and amazing companions. Kip, at age 10, is in his senior years now but still lively as ever, so long as he is allowed his 10-billion naps during the day. He was adopted when a lady at the local super market approached my mother and I and offered us free puppies. To my then 10 year old self, 'free' and 'puppies' were two magical words, especially when put together. We followed the lady to her home where I saw three balls of fluff running around the front yard. Two were golden brown, one was a mix of black and grey. He ran right to me, put his muddy paws on my knee and tried to lick my face. I knew from that moment that he was going home with us. His mother was a gorgeous red and white husky, however it wasn't until he matured that we were able to pin point what his father was: a german shepherd. My other boy, Buddy, came to me when I was 15 and he was about 12 weeks old. Shy and timid, he hid under the kitchen table for the first few hours. He is a wolf hybrid and, of all the dogs I have owned thus far, he is the sweetest. He is now almost 5 years old and quite large at around 150lbs. He must have an identity crisis however, because he acts like a sheep in wolf's clothing! His favorite thing in the world is having his back scratched and he will beg for it by walking up to you and thrusting his rump against your legs while giving you a look as if to say "...Well? I'm waiting!". Here are just a few photos I snapped of my boys a few days ago, I will no doubt be posting many more photos of them as time goes on. :)
