Aww... I wants to have puppy... I'm a sap when it comes to puppies, but right now just really is NOT a good time for us to have one.

All the babies are so cute. I missed out on the puppy/kitten stages by adopting older animals.

I missed out on the puppy/baby stages on all of my pets too. However, I have had many foster puppies over the last few years and would like to share their pictures.
Remus and Romulus my first foster puppies. They were left on the door step of my clinic and I got suckered into taking them in. They are Pit bulls.

This is the second set. Tatter and Chip. They were on deaths door when I took them in they were 5 weeks old and couldn't even stand up and could still fit in the palm of your hand. They are pit/bull dog mixes.

I was very tempted to keep Tatter. But both puppies went on to good homes. Tatter helps an autistic boy deal with his day to day life.

I have had a few others but never got pictures because they found homes faster then you would believe.
Here is my latest little foster, Fawn. I got suckered into taking her when I was 7 months pregnant LOL. She was another one that was on her way out. She was three months old and hadn't grown an oz in over a month. She had worms, she had mange, she was so weak we couldn't even worm her right away. Here are some pictures of her about a week after I took her home.

She is now happy and healthy at 17.4 Lbs. and growing. She however, still needs a home.

I love seeing baby pics of kitties and doggies! I don't have any pics of my new kitties when they were teeny tiny because they were an estimated 3 months when I got them and don't have any scanned pics of my dear-departed V&C because digital cameras weren't invented back when they were little tykes back in 1990 (and my scanner is on the fritz so I can't scan their baby pics, must take to work to use the scanner there for those pics).

Jenna, your Izzy and Bayleigh remind me a little of my Lily & Violet!


1st photo I ever took when I saw the two homeless babies at my vet's office. One of the gals there was fostering them until they could find them a home. I fell for the kitties hook line and sinker at first sight!

Wow TwinnerA your kitty pair is so similar to jen's!!! Amazing! All of them are so beautiful, I just love the torties & the dilute torties...my Lady is a dilute and looks alot like yours, I'll go find a better picture of her.

Harmony was the more black one. Oh, god, I loved those dogs SO much! I was absolutely in love with Hope and Faith though, I wish I could have taken them myself. Wonder what they look like these days? Awwww. I miss them. Bet Hope looks lovely now. Remember how filthy she was? She smelled so BAD of fires and manky-ness. Aw, I miss Misdemeanor as well. Feeling all nostalgic now. :(
