After months of taming and working to get healthy, 2 of my last 3 ferals have now been adopted, both going to the same home. This picture was taken a couple hours after they got to their new home, the seem to have settled right in.

They both turned super lovable a few weeks ago and it's very rewarding to see it happen. I'm left with their brother, Tigger, I have a feeling I may have him through at least Christmas yet, he's still pretty timid.

Really? I'd have thought the people would want to take him too!

He's still hissy sometimes. Right now he's at a point where he'll let you pet him and then a few minutes later he'll hiss at you and run away, so he's getting there, but it will still be a while before he'll be ready for a new home.

Ohh so you wouldn't let him go yet? It'd have been nice if they'd taken all three, and they could stay together. Oh well, you'll get him a good home when he's ready :)

She only wanted 2, couldn't talk her into the all 3. It's okay though because while Jorgi and Garfield were very close and stuck together, Tigger always stayed to himself. I don't think being with one of his litter mates would have much of a difference to him, he never seemed attached to them at my home. Tigger a solid dark orange tabby and he's going to be a big boy so I won't have any trouble adopting him when he's ready, the orange tabbies go fast. Besides, he has my other long term foster Xaria to keep him company now that his sibs are gone.

Soooo sweet looking.... You did a great job and I wish you would have gotten ahold of Ozzie before I did YIKEEEEEES There were some hairy days around here and I mean blood, sweat and tears. Thanks to Rescue Remedy he is doing much better in fact he is down to one dose a day and that is at bed time. I about broke broke Terry buying alcohol swabs, antibiotic cream and bandages (band aids were not big enough) before we got him settled down.
I hear you snickering in there Becky..........LMBO

I heard Ozzie was doing much better. I may have to try some Rescue Remedy myself, I'm covered in scratches all the time. I'm happy to hear you're finally enjoying his company.
