Peacock Potty Problems

Please help!! We have a peacock that we love, but he has a tendency to visit our elderly neighbors back porch to use the bathroom. Is there a natural product or solution we can get to prevent this? We want to keep him around, but the neighbors are tired of cleaning their patio. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.....

I don't know of anything that will make your bird stop but you could offer to clean their porch for them.
