raised bump + scab, any ideas?

Just the other day I noticed that my dog had a hard, raised, bump on his leg. My first thought was a wart? but now it has a big scab on it! He doesn't seem to be itching it or picking at it at all, in fact, he doesn't seem to even notice it. but of course I want to identify what it is so I can properly care for it. Any ideas on what it may be?

I'd say lick granuloma, but it doesn't have saliva stains around it. It doesn't look like any type of mange or ringworm...so, it may be something like a tumor or mass...or simply a wound that needs some antibiotics. It'd be very beneficial for you to head to the vet for a fix.

I can't add anything more than Tiffers about the scab, but I wanted to say hello! Not many people have vizslas and I love them. They are really under appreciated.
