I was asked a while back about what Jenday traits were.

so here is as much of an answer as I can explain to everyone.

Jendays are first of all a very beautiful bird, easily mixed up with a sun conure. The difference so far seems to be the wing coloring. Suns have yellow and green on their wins, and jendays wings are pretty much green and blue.

Jendays are orange, yellow, red, and blue with a black beak.

I was quite surprised that they are not as large as nanday conures, but smaller in size.

anyway, jendays seem to be easy to get along with. They are fun loving and generally happy and affectionate.
A clown maybe, but I just find that the best description is, "Cute."

As per the noise level, at least mine doesn't seem that noisy to me.
If they seem to want more attention than they are getting, their cry, "scream can be annoying because it sounds like fingernails scratching down a chalk board."

but they are sweet, demand very much to be a part of your life, and they really should be.

Easy to handle, easy to live with, and a little more delicate than a nanday, but yet they are still a hardy little parrot.
