:) Mumbai based ,Fizzah shah R/O Laxmi Coorative Housing society Versova,being an animal activist,used to feed 6 stray cats every day in the backyard.the battle began in 2002 when society in its annual general meeting passed a resolution banning feeding cats in the compound as they were a nuisance.
mrs. Shah moved the dispute to cooprative court,which dismissed her case.Shah then approached deputy registrar of cooprative socities ,complaing that the general meeting was illegal as it was held after the stipulated time limit.much legal wrangling and dy.registrar dissolved the comittee and appointed an administrator.mrs.Shah is back on work,reports T.N.Network.
