:D When I lived in a tiny apartment a few years back, my heat & air was controled by the crazy old lady in the apartment above me. I came home one day during the summer and it was 102 in my apartment. I found my persian mix laying like that in the bathtub. I visited management and they forced her to turn her air conditioner on.
