I'll admit up front, this guy needs a home with some experienced folks, seems to me in his former home he experienced some sort of mental trauma, and he has a tendancy to be aggressive toward our other Budgies as well as myself.
I've got him in a cage by himself, which is of course included, along with the food dishes, perches, toys, etc. We're only asking $10 for him, if only to hopefully keep him from ending up snake food or something, he might be a bit mean (it seems) but he definitly doesn't deserve that, and I'm sure in the right hands he'll be a far better Budgie than I can help him be.
