Trip to Taco Bell

...Chica, Cool Whip, and I headed up the road to Taco Bell for lunch today...but, before I left...Chica was sleeping in the oddest position. She opened her eyes just as the camera flashed...

Homer and Chico prefer McDonalds...they order the double cheeseburger and split the patties. :)

Cool Whip isn't very food protective, but she'll definitely let you know her feelings are hurt. So, I generally let her half whatever she wants, within reason, and she's fat and happy. :D

Cool Whip and Chica both had free range that day. Cool Whip is usually in her little carrier, but I figured I'd let her run around...and Chica will start wearing a seat belt when I start driving again...too many times she flies off the seat into something...

I had to laugh when I pictured this scenario, a woman going to Taco Bell with a dog in front seat and a rat in the back seat. Then I wondered what would have happened if a police person had stopped you for some reason.....and I got an even bigger chuckle. What would go thru their minds? Anyway it is so nice you took them both to Taco Bell with you - I know all your animals are very, very happy.

Chica looks hilarious in that first pic. And I definitely wouldn't try to take Cool Whip's tortilla. :D

I've taken Loki to McDonald's with me before, and the guy at the window randomly produced dog biscuits out of his pocket and gave Loki a whole handful. I'm guessing he was a fellow animal lover, because I seriously doubt McDonald's employees are required to have animal snacks on hand just in case.

And Ender, MOST of the drive up places around here have dog biscuits. The banks, fast food, pharmacies...everyone hands out dog biscuits if they see you have a dog with you. I think that's awesome. :D ...even though Chica won't eat from strangers.
