Here is the latest litter of pups - that I may keep one of. Born June 20th (4 girls, 1 boy).

And my two favorite Pointers: first is Preacher (named since he's all white except for a few brown freckles on his ears). This dog cracks me up, always smiling and loves to run!

And Trixie, my favorite dog out there. She is such a sweetheart. Boss man was going to breed her this year, but she had a late heat cycle and didn't want to have pups ready to go home right before winter. If he has a litter out of her in the spring, I may consider getting a pup from her - if she passes on her sweet temperment.

Sorry for all you dog nuts, it was my first attempt at stacking these guys, and I'm not that great.

If i were to get another dog, i would SOOO want a point.. Or bulldog.. but there is a pointer at the dog park cappy is REALLY good friends with. He is AMAZING
do those guys stalk their prey at all?? when Cappy is playing witht he pointer, he gets his body PERFECTLY straight and lowers his head and creeps toward him.. REALLY cool to see.

Yep, they do that. It's called 'catwalking' in the bird hunting world. It's technically a flaw though - they are supposed to stop dead still as soon as they smell the bird. They are supposed to hold point through the gunshot and until the hunter gives the word for them to retrieve the shot bird.
The dogs at the kennel are hilarious because they'll stock pigeons, robins, and killdeer. Cracks me up!

Are these the Vizsla babies? Are you going for female or male, or does it not matter to you?
Your second pointer, looks stacked very well. They do a straight stack, don't they? No back leg out like a shepherd's stack.

The pups are viszlas...and I'd prefer one of the females, but we'll see. If I do keep one, it'll probably be based on who has shows the best hunting abilities early, since we'd be training him/her for that.
They stack them straight, as far as I know.
As for bottling the puppy breath, that would be awesome!

I thought you couldn't have a puppy where you are? Did I miss something?
And what happened to the Catahoula love?!? I thought you desperately wanted one of those!
Cute babies! Err...puppies!
I like Preacher, what a handsome dude!

I can't have a puppy at my apartment, so it would have to live at the kennel until we moved in the spring - which is why I'm contemplating keeping one.
I still love the catahoula, no worries. It would be nice to have a bird hunting dog though. My boss is going to take Kyle out in the fall, and I know he's going to love it. So, we'd have a viszla and a catahoula :)
