So beautiful arn't they. I love Sunni she looks just like that! Did anyone ever see the movie Paulie?Pauly? Well thats the type of bird she is! :D Thank you for posting it. Now everyone can see what see looks like

Yes, I have seen "Paulie"! I absolutely love that movie and got it for Christmas! Actually, the bird in that movie is a blue-crowned conure which is very, very similar to what Mortie is, except that the lower part of Mort's beak is black, not horn colored like the one in the movie. (Mortie is a sharp-tailed conure) Did you know that they used 14 different birds as Paulie??? They trained each one to do certain things according to what they were best at, so that no single bird had to learn everything! So, has anybody else seen that movie???;)

yes I saw that movie. on the cover of the movie they show a male eclectus :D I guess they just thought no one would care but it drives me crazy.

lol...that's funny the cover is like that...
do you guys remember the song the mom sang to marie when she would put her to bed...and then later, when paulie sees marie all grown up, she sings the song to prove to paulie that it's her? it goes:
"there's a song that the tree sings when the wind blows
you're a flower, you're a river, you're a rainbow
i loved you the first time i saw you
and i always will love you marie"
that's pne of my songs with jake except i sing "jakey" instead of marie....i sing it to him when he's sick or hurt or sad....and he'll start clossing his eyes....usually i only have to sinfg it once for him to fall fast asleep
