OMG, HI EVERYBODY! I haven't been here in so long, and I feel horrible about it! Anyway, I've got something to say, and the matter really ticks me off. You know on all those fear factor shows where people will sit in a tank and slowly have tarantulas piled all voer them? That is so cruel! Tarantulas are territorial, so can't they eat eachother? And what if it's during mating season and a male wants to mate, something horrible could go on! I'm not worried about the skinny little 20-year-old who will do anything for a million bucks, I'm worried about the spiders! If she gets bitten or scared, she deserves it! Grr, is there anyone who feels the same?

Yeah, I have issues with those stupid reality shows and feel for the poor spiders too. Few people know, or even care, how fragile they are. Just dropping one could mean a death sentence. That also goes for the young skinny people they put into the tanks too. :p

Yeah...I just wish we could educate those people, I wish I could do something for the poor spiders.

Well, i must say,spiders are a little creepy to me,but i would never hurt one.I even let a big jumping spider stay in may livingroom for the winter.It stayed up by the ceiling and I kept a close eye on it, so it wouldnt fall down and give me a heartattack.
I feel sorry for the worms ,scorpions,spiders and such on those shows.It shouldnt be allowed.

That's nothing...we've learned our lesson about buying fish at petsmart, but we went there tonight to get a new cave for our tank and I stopped in to see thier goldfish. They had a tank full of black moors and they were all hurt and sick! One even had a large gaping wound on his back that was bleeding! It should be ILLIGAL to sell animals that are suffering so horribly! That "state of the art" water system of theirs is repulsive and stupid.
