Ok So I Have A Problem My Beta Tank Has Worms Ahh They Are Really Small White Thin Worms Like Almost Microscopic And I Didnt Even Notice Them Till Today, They Are All Over The Tank and I Have Never Had This Problem, I Have Had Tons Of Beta Literally 17 At 1 Time But Never This Problem Does Anyone Know What I Can Do? And Tank Has Filter 2 1/2 Gallon?

they are PROBABLY planaria.. Have they attached themselves to your fish or are they just swimming around?

We had an outbreak of them once in our big tank> Scared the dickens out of us too!

It is usually caused by unclean water in your tank. So if you have live plants, maybe one of them died and decayed or soemthing like that, so just bad filtration. They are generally harmless, but you can get rid of them.

If they are attached to your fish, it is a different thing entirely though.

thank you, i am preety sure that is what it is i read other stuff and yeah it sounds just like that, not on the fish though, i think the problem is my filter is in a plug that when you flick the switch it turns on and off and i didnt even notice it was off and my water was red from the food so it was dirty it scared me i was itching all night thinking of it eh, but i cleaned everything and used quick cure hopefully it works but thank you for that info

Not a problem. I'm glad you figured out what it was and got it treated. those things creeped me out too when i saw them in there.. they twitch too.. WEIRD
