I have a 4 month old german shepherd mix whom I adopted. She was spayed with I adopted her at 3 months. I took her to the vet last week after noticing some "pus" looking discharge on her. The vet said she has vaginitis after just looking at her and put her on primor for 10 days. This is day 6 and I still see this discharge in addition she has started leaving wet spots where she has been sleeping. Could the wet spots be from the vaginitis and should I wait the whole 10 days before calling the vet again?

You should always feel free to call your vet with questions...go ahead and call. Your little girl still needs to finish her meds, and the wet spots are probably related to her infection, but you'll feel better just checking in with the vet.

Definitely finish the Primor. We've seen quite a few cases of Vaginitis lately. Are the wetspots blood, pus, discharge, or pee?

The wet spots are clear. I'm not sure if its pee or a discharge. I think I will finish the med and then call vet if not better. I just would think the primor would have cleared it up by now. Thanks for the replies

10 days may not be enough if they dosed her for the lower range. She may need more antibiotics, or even a stronger one. Certainly call the vet if you find that it has not cleared up after the 10 days.
