How can you tell if a baby lovebird is going to have an orange face versus a peach face? One baby I have seems to have a light orange coming in. Will that turn more red as he gets older?
The orangeface factor is extremely easy to spot. If it's just a little orangy the baby might be split to orangeface (I don't think that's possible with the parents mutations. Peanut being a normal green pied split to lutino and Pistachio being a splitcinnamino).
Here (http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Flats/2080/orangeface.html)'s a link on the orangeface factor and here (http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Flats/2080/splitorangeface.html)'s one on split to orange face. For awhile I thought that maybe Oliver was split to orange face, but the pictures on that site showed me that he wasn't. Hope that helps!

Ooh, well the picture of the babies on the split to orange face, the color of #2's bib that is coming in is the exact color of the one on the left, the orange.
Wow, really? That's crazy! You've got some interesting colors! :D
