Petition against the dog meat trade of the Phillipines

I have recently been made aware of the dog meat trade in the Phillipines, China, and Korea. I cannot believe that these dogs are treated in this way. To have their front legs tied behind their back and are muzzled with rusty tin cans. Then to be thrown onto a pile in agonyto await slaugter!
