My PitBull has very bad skin allergies. We have taken him numerous times to the vet and even a dermatologist. They suggested Benadryl & Cephalexin. He has open sores, itching, scratchin, and his skin turns red like a sunburn. Cephalexin will take it away for a week or two then it comes right back. I don't know what to do??
