I was too pained from the dentist today to look for my camera so you'll have to visualize: I unlocked the door and heard "crinkling" sounds as I slid the door open. The foyer, living room and kitchen were proudly decorated with blank writing paper. Muffin managed to spot one of those Sam's packs of...oh...500 sheets...laying open on my desk. I can just picture her doing her famous "run and slide" into the paper mosh pit. ::sigh::

Funny thing is that my vet keeps writing on her tickets "Muffin is overweight!" and then reminds me how to only feed her small portions at specific times of the day. Like THAT is going to happen!

Her food bag and treats are on a TOP shelf in a closet, behind a metal bi-fold door. Nonetheless, she is spotted trying to wiggle her foot behind the door in attempts to open it. The thought that I would dare keep it from her must be maddening. :D

I fill her food bowl up each morning (or top it off) but have to replace the water with fresh twice per day. If I go more than 24 hours without putting fresh cold water in there...she will work on the dish until it has been turned over. Better yet....she'll fill the water dish up with food pieces, making "clean up" that much more enjoyable.

Actually, I think I have pictures of these things at home. I'll check. :eek:

I heard some light thumbing and muffled "meows" coming from my living room yesterday. After some searching and calling "MUFFIN!", a paw poked out from UNDER the recliner.

I checked on her, reclined it back thinking that would create an opening for escape and eventually realized that I'd have to turn that big chair on its side to get her out. What an ordeal!

Actually, I miss probably 50% of the "money shots" either because I cannot get to the camera fast enough or because I cannot stop laughing enough to snap a photo.

I've often thought about streaming my webcam so I can see what goes on while I'm at work. :rolleyes:
