Remember this little man?! (Formerly known as Little Linguini, presently known as ReRun)

He came in for his Neuter today...he's stinkin' gorgeous and has the softest fur!

...I can't wait until we have our own place again and I can get back to fostering...I miss all the babies.
OMG! He is HUGE! And what a face! He was my fave from the beginning, and I cried when I saw the pics of him looking so very sick. Warms the heart to see him looking so incredibly good.

I'm not a big fan of violence, but when I heard that Linguini has already beaten up the neighbors cat TWICE...I had to give him some scrubbies saying, 'That's my boy!' :D
He's sooo sweet, too. Oh goodness...I miss that litter. Definitely my favorite litter...the Noodle Brigade.

Friggin' cutie!
I missed the beginning of this whole story, but I'm tickled to see the happy ending of it anyway. :D
Oh, somebody should put up a link to the threads with The Noodle Brigade. Such a saga, especially for the kitty this thread is about.

He sure grew up into a very handsome fellow. Makes me think of the ugly duckling fairytale.

What a marvelous story!
I have rescued and fostered kittens before, it's a very emotional process. I need to find pictures of my kitty brigades. One set was kittens, the other was malnourished Siamese cats.
Thanks for posting the links Diane:p

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! KATIE! lol That's sooooo funny. :D
He is gorgeous! He's so incredibly soft, too. Just as sweet as ever, too. :)
I wonder if he remembers me at all...any pet for that matter, you think when one is rehomed...do they remember their first or anything like that?

I totally think they do remember their rescuer. Especially the ones who stay with us the longest, or have the worst struggles while they are with us. Although I think cats like to deny the past, and tend to pretend they don't know us, while dogs are so grateful for our help that they love us long after we've left their lives.

I like the way you put that Katiem. :)
And, Nanamouse, I will most certainly tell him the next time I see him that you thought he looked majestic! He'd like that. :)

It's funny because 'Rerun' is what my dad used to call me when I was little, and still does. :)

He was pitiful precious as a baby and he's drop dead gorgeous as a MAN cat! LOL! Great story and pics. Thanks for sharing. I like this better than the ugly duckling to swan story.

He called her that because when he'd get home from work, she'd hang around his legs repeating "Hi Daddy, Hi Daddy" over and over until he would respond. :D It was so cute, she was less than 3 feet tall, and he was over 6 foot! She kinda looked like a little elf bouncing around him. LOL
