My bird and my dog,

Just wantin' some attention because I miss em. They died within 2 weeks of each other last year (actually 2006) August. They were my sweets and I still can't think about them without choking up and bawling my eyes out. Mellie died on August 12th and The Peperoni died on September 1st. Just wanted to be sad online and remember them. They were so great, sweet, loving, etc. etc.. My mules:( . I sound like a Mom but I just want to tell everyone to be sweet and good to their pets while you can. They are only with you for a very short period of time.

With time, you'll heal.. and you'll share your Momma love again, too. There are always animals out there in need of a loving mom like you.

I am so glad you have shared your memories with us and allowed us to share in them. Hardly seems possible that more then a hear has passed since they went to the Rainbow Bridge - seems like only yesterday. It is good to remember them and keep them in your thoughts, but like Kay has said there are other animals in need of a home. I really hope you will consider opening your heart and home to one or two of them.
