My brother just bought a cute stuffed Husky for his girlfriend's birthday on Tuesday. He's trying to figure out what to name him. Apparently he's decided it's a boy :) Any suggestions?

Nikoma, or Kiana.
Kiana is a beautiful story of a young husky's first Iditarod race and win, from the dog's eyes. It's a child's book in a poem form.
Nikoma is another Sled Dog hero.

For buying a stuffed one? I'm not sure what to thank him for. Trust me, I would hope that he knows well enough never to do that. He has an older sister that would KICK HIS BUTT! ;)

Hunter was a handsome name! Macaw's suggestions are good too, very legendary.

You could always check out the Jack London books, they were all about Huskies and sled dogs.

Was Balto a husky? I think he might have been...or maybe a Shepherd X Husky? I know he's got a statue in New York and a children's movie based on him!
