Everytime your puppy bites your fingers, gently grab the muzzle with your hand to where the mouth closes *gently*, and firmly say NO! then offer the correct item to chew on such as a toy or chew treat. If you are having trouble with the carpet or furniture chewing, you can purchase a spray deterrent at a pet store called "Bitter Apple". It has an awful taste that will make the dog not want to mess with the item he/she is chewing.

I am currently going through this with a 4 month old Chihuahua and know how you feel. Re-enforcing the correct behavior and scolding on the negative will help. When my Chi also bites me and I correct her she sometimes comes back to continue biting..if this happens quickly tell the dog NO firmly and pay them no attention..only being attentive when they quit biting. This will help the dog realize that they only get attenion when they are NOT chewing or being disruptive.

Hope this helps some!
