I've been here 3 months not and I've finally brought him here. He spent the first couple of hours sitting in the bathroom basin of all places, but now he's exploring a bit, and trying to get outside! But he would disappear forever...
How long do you think I should wait to get a newbie? Should I let him settle in fully first, or do you think they should settle in together?

If he's that skittish, and I think I saw that he's older, I would wait. Kittens can settle together nicely, but older cats don't take change well. At least that's my opinion.

For those of us who don't know what you are talking about, it would help if you indicated what kind of pet you have - cat, dog, ferret or what? :D

Squashynoses signature tells what type of pets she has.

her sigi line is not necessarily an indication. She could have a dog or other pet that is not listed there. Not only that, I don't read everyon'e sigi line.

I've had my lurcher here since I moved in, just brought my cat yesterday, and want to get another cat, and I think it'll need to be a kitten.
