Oh my...poor baby. I am not familiar with this story for some reason, but I know this dog looks baaaaaaaaaaad.

In fact the situation has worsened due to the fact that the kids dad who is an actor(Daniel Lugo Puerto rican actor) has left and he was the person that always walked him. and now he has been out of town for 2 months and wont be back for another 1. The kid isnt allowed to go walk the dog outside oh well parnets decision but hes always in the garage or backyard and he never gives him attention. Plus he leaves all the dirty work like bathing as well as cleaning up the """stuff"" to his mom while he does nothing.
