Okay, I've been meaning to post this story for a long time, but I keep forgetting about it!

A few months ago Charles and I went to the zoo. It was Spring, so there were a bunch of babies! A particular baby that stole the show was a baby orangutan. Someone decided to give this little baby a box. (http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a387/tiffydyann/S5002816.jpg)

Now, this little dude LOVED this box; he played with it forever. But, much to his convienence, a big monster turtle pops up out of the water. (http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a387/tiffydyann/S5002817.jpg)

He notices this turtle, and finds him more intersting than the box, so he goes to check him out. (http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a387/tiffydyann/S5002818.jpg)

He flips the turtle over on his back (http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a387/tiffydyann/S5002819.jpg), and sits on him.

Then, leaves him high and dry on his back, finding the box more intresting again. (http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a387/tiffydyann/S5002820.jpg)

He then proceeds, to take his box over to the turtle, and sit on him again...inside the box. (http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a387/tiffydyann/S5002821.jpg)

Mother says, "That's enough" and pushes the baby and box off of the turtle (http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a387/tiffydyann/S5002822.jpg), and the baby finds yet another intesting toy.

So, as the baby is playing with a blanket (http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a387/tiffydyann/S5002823.jpg), the mother reaches over with her hand and flips the turtle back over on it's belly and allows it to return to the water (http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a387/tiffydyann/S5002824.jpg).

I thought this was totally amazing...how like humans the baby and mother were. It was awesome!
