:cool: Well we finaly had a nice break in the weather for 2 whole days , ya well that didnt last it was in the high 30's nice and sunny and boom back to this the night befour last it started and all day yesterday and last night, commin home from town last night we couldnt see 2 inches infront of the truck the snow was so heavy and big flakes... whats it like your wa 'too??

oh looky a nice quiet dizmal day befour it started... LOL!! Way down in the pasture you can see my 3 sided turn out shed is just about burried from all the snow we have had.. geez...:(

:eek: And so it begins... man right back to this again... dont ya just love the white stuff 'too? LOL!!!! This was yesterday out front at the end of the driveway, man look at them awful poor mailboxes.. LOL!!!

and this is the other way on the road, just befour we pulled out... NICE!! NOT!! LOL!!!:D :p You can see where JR pulled up and backed up to get the mail out of the box, that slush crud turned into solid ice by 11pm.. then roads was awful...

Wow Cuda, you have alot more snow than we do. We got about 1 1/2" last night. I didn't even know it til I got up this morning. I just had the news on and they're saying high's in the 50's this week-end. Now where did I put my bathing suit.......:eek:

Where is michigan are u guys at? I am here is Holland and we got NOTHING!!! WOO HOO well a lil rain but that was it..And I am by the lake. Well u guys just keep all that snow to yourselfs I am sick of it...lol

We havent had any snow!!!! Some rain here and there, but it fells more like spring here with the warm sun and cool winds. : ) ahhh... hehe

last friday, in pittsburgh, it was 65!!!!! totally unreal. Fantastic. i wish Askim wasnt in such bad shape from the winter inactivity, othewise i wouldve ridden for more than 30 minutes. today (4 days later) there was 3 inches on the ground and the high was 15. how does that happen.

Hey 'too bathing suit already lucky you, we be getting a small warm front but i just know it wont last... LOL!!! And just think the more snow there is to melt the better the ground is for mushroom season..

Robyn, your about almost 2 hrs from me im on the outskirts of a tiny town called Tustin its up by Cadillac going twards Travers City. Man i would love to see grass again..... :p Hey Robyn, me and 'too is really thinkin and plannin on going to the bird show in GrandRapids in April maybe you can meet us there and we can all hang out and have fun...

Hey ziggysmom, I'm in North Branch, the lower part of the thumb. There's about 4 or 5 of us Michiganders here and none of us live by each other.

Cuda, I think there's a good chance of us going to the show in Grand Rapids. Hopefully we won't have a major ice storm or something that week end!:eek:

I am soooo tired of winter! I want to ride my horse! We are actually supposed to get up into the low 50s Sunday. Be glad when more of this snow melts. Cuda, I am so glad I don't live "up north" right now. ;)

We all seem to be about a hr to 2 hrs apart from each other.. Hey 'too maybe us Michigander ladies should start a little bird club where we can all get together few times a yr and have fun and talk and go to shows and all...;)

Mi_Bird_Mom, forget about riding, i just want to let my horses out of the barn!!!! every thing is still so icy--even with the 65 degree thaw last week. i do however have a show coming up in may that we need to get ready for. i have a 23 yr old and conditioning takes longer cause of his age plus he has some minor health problems.

We've been having record high temps here in CA :D ... it was 85 degree's yesterday and is suppose to be in the 80's again today. Sunny and beautiful.... we've been taking the birds outside everyday and they're lovin it!!. Normal temp for this time of year is in the high 60's... hope this doesn't mean we'll have a scorching summer ... we're sure enjoying it right now!. You're all invited to come over for a BBQ!!! .. I'll send some warm sunshine yur way. :)

OK you win. I got nuthin'! Plus who can say freezing to death is better than being nice and toasty. But while I don't have the pool anymore and we don't know what the sun looks like, I did get warmed up but going in the hot tub and pretending it was summer!:D
