The ferrets are so cute. I used to have a ferret. They are so funny.
I have never owned a ferret, but I hear they are lots of fun. cute.

OOOOOO they are tons of fun..Ziggy just loves them..Ruby (my albino) trys to scruff him and he cries so He can be left unattended with her..lol
They get in alot of trouble too..But thats the funny part and they are VERY smart & determained.
And I never thought of Sophie looking passed out but WOW she does in that picture...lol

Oh, I'm just dieing here with missing the ferrets I once had. I was with a guy at the time we acquired a female one(sable). The guy who gave her to us was being shipped out and had to leave her. He said he had her spayed. He lied. She went into heat and started getting all tired and lethargic and we took her to the vet. Never knew that with ferrets you either get them spayed or breed them. If you don't they can die from pernicious anemia. Anyway we had her bred. The vet had an albino male. She had 4 babies, one albino. All girls. We had them all spayed. We couldn't handle how rough it is on a female to be bred. The male beats the crap out of the female. How fun those little ones were. We could use a little squeek toy to call them to us. When the guy and I broke up I took 2 of them with me. They slept with me and all. I would go off to college and come home to these 2 little critters hopping up and down on the back legs happy to see me. Finally though they got in trouble and the landlord wouldn't let me keep them. The 2 of them found an opening in the ceiling in the closet and were running around between the floors while I was at a meeting. Scared the neighbors and the landlord came over and was trying to use a broom banging on the ceiling to scare them out. I got there and used the squeek toy to call them to me. Poor babies were so scared. I gave them back to the guy to take care of them. I cried so at missing them after that.

Awwww what a sad story.....I'm sooo sorry. I love the innocent look on their little faces...(yeah right...lol) I have a friend who has some but I don't get to see them any because she moved to Minnesota. I have too many birds to get one. I have enough trouble schedualing who gets what with a cat in the house who happens to be a predator sooooo I will admire them from afar...lol
Poor you... are you going to get more?
