Catillac always gets upset when Chica and I go in to feed the chickens. She sits at the gate and just cries and cries.

Actually, my dog will play with any animal it meets besides other dogs. She's so odd. When I had rats, or when I'm nursing babies. Chica consideres them her puppies. She carries them around, sleeps with them, bathes them. If she could nurse them, she probably would. She's a very good mommy.
