German/mastiff question

I have a 4 or 5 month old German shepherd/mastiff..I don't know how old he is, but he is getting aggressive and fun. Anyways, he is biting his testicles lately and I think they are dropping at this time (sorry for the explicitness :o ).

Anyone see this before on other breeds? I am sure this is normal, just want some assurance here...


his behavior (playful-aggressive-whiney-full of energy) is changing as well...he will be neutered this coming month.

It's odd isn't it? My GSD did the exact same thing.
I asked the exact same question.
It is ok, it's a form of masturbation that we just don't often see.
My boy finally outgrew it, but while he was doing it, he really got into it,
to the point of leaving scrapes and scratches on himself!

Ignore it as much as possible, possibly you can ingage his attention (through play) elsewhere when it happens.
