Meet Max (white One) and Benny..
we recently adopted them from the local animal shelter. Max is 2 and a half and benny just recently turned a year old.
Max is 24 lbs of pure mischief and Benny (aka. the ferret, cause he will steal anything he can carry)
They have brought us so much love and laughter since we added them to our family. it didnt take us long to learn, that it's their house and we just live in it :D

OK - that worked. I can see the pictures! Very cute and the white/gold one reminds me of our cat April.

Welcome to the board and can't wait to see more pics! Do you have any other pets? Be sure and post their pics and stories about them.

Thanks Very Much! Yea ,they have made themselves right at home. We went to the shelter to adopt one cat, and walked out with 2. Just couldnt resist. It's been a couple of months now. Max the White one, was a little untrusting at first , he also bit a few times the first few weeks we had him. He was abused very badly and it was obvious. Very hand shy and nervous. Benny just fit right in, crazy cat that he is. We call him "the ferret" because he steals everything his little mouth can carry or he can knock it off a shelf and push it across the floor. we moved our couch around the other day and low and behold! there was a treasure trove of pens, pencils, play mice, paper clips, pen caps, a lighter, a few twistie ties and god only knows what else, lol!
we had lost our beloved cat "patches" she was 25 years old, a few months before we adopted the boys. The house seemed so empty without her, we knew we had to adopt another cat. even though another one coudlnt replace her. We couldnt imagine our lives without them now.

Great pictures! 25 years old huh? That's super. We had a cat that lasted 21 and that was the oldest I ever heard before until yours. When we lost a cat a few years back, we got a new kitten who turned out wonderful be a wonderful bandaid. Not a replacement but a healer of my heart. She helped me get through the grief I was feeling and like you said I can't imagine my life without her. Glad you were able to post their pics!
