My Xmas puppy who is a standard size Dachshund. At least the devastation is about a foot off the floor! Here he is looking all cute but we know better here.

This dog grabs our feet when we walk over the baby gate to the next room because he doesn't want us to leave.
If my husband and I are ignoring him and he wants to play fetch he will grab his toy, jump on the couch next to us and hit us in the head or shoulder with his toy to get the fun started.
The cutest thing he does is when we come home, he stands on his hind feet while bouncing and holds his front legs wide open like he wants a huge hug. That is the cutest thing I have ever seen!
And he sits on my other mini Dachshunds all the time, all 24 pounds of him. He has no idea he is a much bigger dog.
He is the best Xmas gift I have gotten. What a bundle of joy.

Awwww, he is so adorable! I feel like picking him up and cuddling with him. Such a sweet face!

Yes, he looks like the world's sweetest puppy, but he is really trouble in fur.
My husband and I do like them feisty and Bogart is one the the rottenest, spoiled and most obnoxious wieners I have had in 35 years. I would not have it any other way. The daily laughs are worth anything he destroys. Mostly he chews on his toys but now and then he finds something he shouldn't.
He is a gorgeous dog, but I can't wait to see what he thinks up next... This dog was a rescue. I still can't believe it they would get rid of such a nice dog.
I will post more pics as I take them.
