 Ok well we had some extra things in the cupboard that i was looking thru trying to figure out what i could cook up and try on the fid's and i came across ( Stella Doro ) "Almond biscotti" things and figured wow i would lightly get um wet and see how well the babies would like um.. well i put a half wet part in each birds feed dish and wow it was a big hit with Ceaser and Maxx, Yoshi hasnt tried his yet he thinks its something scary.. But i figured i would share this incase you ever wana try it.. They get soggy fast so lighty run water over it and thats it dont soak um they will be total mush.. Or use um dry..

Krazy, I think 'cuda is talking about those slices of really hard, crispy, flaky, long cookies. They usually sell them at coffee shops (Second Cup or Starbucks). They are so delicious! :)

I am a big fan of biscotti and have several wonderful recipes. i also make birdy biscotti out of bridy bread.
I wouldn't feed this type of biscotti as it has a high sugar content, this can also be a factor in yeast infections.
