OMG, it is soooo sad...and kind of scary. Yesterday I found out the hard way that my crab Donnie is a cannibal! He was sitting clawing around all over the remains of Sean (the other crab). I'm really worried about my last crab Darren. Should I put them in seperate tanks? I keep them well fed and everything, and I always give them attention...I don't get it.

I miss Sean so much...to lots of people, he might have been "just a hermit crab" but he was my little buddy. I really, really, miss him!!!!:mad:

I'm sorry to hear that, but if he is on an eating rage I would seriously separate them. I don't know anything about hermit crabs, but I'm sure if he'll eat one, he'll eat the other one! Hope all goes well. :)

Thankyou, Jennifer. I'll put him in a seperate tank four about a week or two, then see if anything happens. If I see him going after the other, I'll move him again. Maybe I'll talk to a vet or someone who works at a pet store too to see of they would know exactly what I should do. TTYL
