my dog ate pork chop bones

My fiance' insists that dogs can eat pork chop bones,but, i asked my vet and he said that they are too small just like chicken bones.Can u feed pork chop bones to a dog,mine keeps throwing them back up :( This morning she threw them back up with a yellow foam and the bones that she ate partially chewed. She only ate one as i cuaght him putting them in her bowl and i yelled at him and threw the rest of them away. Help Please :confused:

Well, you should listen to your vet. If your dog is throwing up the bones, then definately dont feed them to her.

I'd say listen to your vet too. Throwing up isn't a good way to pass the time.

Any "cooked" bones are bad for your dog. Some people allow their dogs to eat raw chicken with the bones in it but it is different. Raw bones are soft. Any bones from cooked meat are hard and can splinter easily. They are a definite "no-no" for dogs. Listen to your vet!
