hi i just got my first cat, Talia, about 2 months ago. she is a 1 yr old stray that we found one night while feeding the horses. i have recently noticed something though. Talia and I have begun to subconciously mirror each other. for example. earlier this evening she was cleaning the bottom of her left paw and without realizing that she was doing that, i started gnawing at a scab on my left hand. hmmm... also a few days ago i was laid up sick on the couch and she was on the sideboard on the other side of the room, sleeping. at the same time, we both stretched, yawned and changed to the exact same position. i didnt notice till we were changing position. i know that when people start to "mirror" each other it means they are compatible. has this ever happened to you?

LOL.. that's to cute!.. It sounds like you two are very compatable to me ;). I haven't noticed anything like that with my 3 cats.. they all just kinda look at me like I'm nuts or something :D.

LOL! It sounds like you're very close with Talia. I wish we could really communicate with our pets on that level but that's another story and thread. It reminds me of yawning. The mere suggestion of it makes you want to yawn. I'm sure anyone reading this has got to yawn. G'ahead. I just did.

That is so cute! I can't do that because my cats are always laying ontop of my and if I move they get angry! LOL
