hello, i was hoping someone could help me.... my dog has a large bump on her stomach area. it is about 1" by 2". it is about 1/2" in height (the bump part) it is like a huge water blister type thing.. it is right under her rib area on her left side. i think something might be inflamed maybe? a tumor? i am not sure. i am short on cash right now and need help figuring out what exactly it is so i know how much it will cost at the vet. i just noticed it about 3 hours ago... i've been searching all over the net and havent been able to find anything. please help me figure out what is wrong with my dog.. get back to me as soon as possible please. she is a keeshond if that could help any.

Obviously the only person you should be asking is your vet. But I have seen that bumps like these can just be fat deposits. But it's best for the vet to check it. He can insert a needle into the bump to see if there is any fluid in it and/or test anything that comes out of it.

Like I said it could just be a fat deposit. But you really should see your vet.

How old is your dog? My oldest dog is 15 and she has about three lumps that the vet said was just because she was old. he said it was like a liver spot for dogs. But i would still take your dog to the vet, when you calll for an appointment just ask if you can be billed or make payments.
