my mini rex rabbit is varry scinny his name is razzle i dont know what to do about it he was fine acupple weeks ago now i can feel every bone in his body!!! hees not being starved he has food in his bole all the time becouse he doesnt eat all that i give him i dont think he is sick becouse thats all thats werd about him nothing els what can i do to git him fatter?:confused: :confused:
You could try feeding him different kinds of food - like maybe a different brand of pellets, or some fruits or vegetables. Toasted bread or peanuts might also be good. Just try to find something he'll eat. If he still won't eat anything though, you should take him to a vet. Good luck...

will carits faten him up? he eats them like thers no tomorrow but i dont think thay will fatten anaything up. i am trying to find a difront brean of pellit becouse this stuf isnt good fore rabbits it has alfalfa in it witch is fattning to rabbits so yea i have to wate until i can talk to the person i got him fron and see where she gits her food

If he was fine until a couple of weeks ago but has rapidly lost weight, you need to get him to a vet. That is VERY abnormal, and it often a sign that something serious is wrong.

ok i ill talk to grandma and i remberd that i cannot give him carrots or eney of that dayly becuse it will give him dhireha witch can kill him i dont know why but i have herd that sevral times

well i took him to his breeder today and she sead he was healthy i dont know how he could be but i trust her and she has had rabbits longer then me

She is not a vet, she might have had rabbits for a long time but there is no way that she could tell if he was sick by just looking at him. Please take him to a vet if you think he is sick. I know it might be hard to convince your grandma to get him to a vet so its not totally up to you but if he doesn't get better please try to beg her to let you take him in. Can you get a little job like mowing grass or something and save up so that when one of your pets gets sick you can take them in? Its not fair for them to not be able to go to the vets when they are sick. They count on us to take care of them. :(

i wish i could git a job im starting breeding my rabbits to help pay for feed and that im not expecting mutch incum throo that tho. i would work for the shelter but thay wont pay me to volinteer and thay cant afford to pay another inploie i relly dont want to rake the leevs up hear (its fall) becouse we have sooo many trees! i would save up my alowince for emergincies but grandma wont give me 1 i have told her i want an alowince but i might git 1 that week then nothing. we love all of our animals and grandma plans on fixing the dogs cats and my flemsh gient bunny (becouse he is meen) but i dont know how we are going to do that she also plans on bilding a huge house becouse we live in a 4 room cabbin. the sad truth is i dont think we can afford varry many vet bills yea maby 1 rabbit a year but nothing els....thats why i dont git an alowince we are brock:( i dont want anay critsizem or eneything but i want idas to make mony grandpa has a full time job but it only pays $300 a something and we use that manly for gass and groshries (incloding animal feed) i dont know what to do. im only 13 so i cannot do mutch of anaything...dog walking ha i cant even walk my dogs daly dog traning my methids are alittle to ruf fore some people but thay work maby pet sitting? (at the persons house not mine)
