I have rescued two kitties. They are both six months old. One is a short haired muted calico. She is so sweet..and very talkative. I had her spayed on Sept. 11. The male is a gray tabby with alot of white on his chest and each paw. He was neutered two weeks ago. I have eighteen cats and two dogs here. My hubby will not let me bring any more here ( i honestly can't blame him). I have a friend that is fostering them but she is going back to college and can't keep them much longer. Her grandmother has theatened to take them and just dump them. I don't want to see that happen. They are both very lovable and get along with other pets. Can anyone help me save them? I live in Ohio but am willing to drive within a reasonable distance to get them to you. Even if someone can just take one that would be great. I had a lady in Indiana that wanted them and i even had the transport all lined up but she e-mailed me at the last minute. Her father-in-law was just diagnosed with cancer and she said taking the two cats wasn't a good idea at this time. Her husband wasn't taking the news very well. I feel really bad for her but now i need to work on getting these two kitties a home. They dont' have much time. I am an animal lover but we have really reached our limits here. If anyone can help out please let me know ...quickly.
